Environmental policy

Protecting the environment

GB Foam Direct strives to fulfil all relevant environmental laws and regulations, and to continually reduce waste and releases to the environment. It aims to operate in a way that protects the environment and the health and safety of employees, customers and the public.

Returns policy

Made to order

GB Foam will happily replace any incorrectly supplied product. Products and services are made to order (for example foam cut to size), so distance selling regulations do not apply. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the product was damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Quality questions

Why has my foam turned yellow?

Foam changes colour when exposed to light and air due to oxidisation. This has no effect on the quality of the product.

Why did my foam change colour in sunlight?

Foam is not UV protected, so sunlight exposure may discolour it. The foam is not defective and is safe to use.

Is all foam blue?

No. Foam is available in a variety of colours and densities, but two market-leading grades in the UK are blue (33H and 39H).
