Founded in 1976 as a polyurethane foam converter serving High Wycombe's furniture industry, now cutting foam to size online at trade prices.

- 1993Möbella, a soft furnishings business
- 2008Launched online
- 2010Gemini Bedding replaced by Lion Mattresses

- 2014GB Foam Direct and GB Healthcare formed
Who we serve
Homeowners to manufacturers
Customers include homeowners replacing sofa cushions, upholsterers, students, packaging and flight-case buyers, and VW camper van owners. Other businesses include GB Foam Packaging and SoundFix (acoustic foam).
Orders are placed online with no minimum order value, and the factory uses CNC cutting and freehand foam cutters.
