Step 3

Choose your foam grade

Pick a foam grade such as high-density, acoustic, memory or sofa foam. Cut-to-size foam is guaranteed to be square cut with clean edges, which is the difference from a sheet cut from a block.

Step 4

Dacron and stockinette extras

For replacement sofa cushions, GB Foam Direct recommends fitting both. Dacron helps give a fuller, firmer cushion; stockinette makes it easier to insert and remove from its cover.

Adding dacron increases cushion depth by approximately 1cm on both the top and bottom.
