Delivered by DPD
The usual courier is DPD, which requires a signature. If no one is home a card is left, and the order can be rescheduled online or left with a neighbour by calling DPD. Tracking is available on the DPD website.
What if my parcel is damaged?
Check the packaging on arrival. If it is significantly damaged, refuse the delivery or sign as damaged, and contact the company immediately.
